Situated in Ayrshire, Scotland,
surrounded by stunning Scottish countryside, Overcairn Cottage
provides
visitors to a relaxing retreat with beautiful views across
the valley. New Cumnock is approximately 45 miles South of Glasgow
(on the A76) and 30 miles South West of Prestwick airport (near
the coastal town of Ayr).
From the South: Take the M6 motorway North which
leads onto the A74 after Carlisle. After a
few miles you will see signs for Dumfries and the A75.
Take this turning (signposted Stranraer) towards Dumfries.
From Dumfries follow the A76 (signposted Kilmarnock)
for 37 miles looking for the villages of Sanquhar and Kirkconnel.
Overcairn Farm is located on your left between the village
of Kirkconnel and the town of New Cumnock.
